HOW TO SET UP THE ABTS DEVICE FOR GSR TRAINING
The following wires need to be inserted into the following ports:
1) Green Electrode (TP-40) 2) Red GSR Electrode
NOTE: You will need to snap the BLACK VELCRO CLIPS (SE-35) into the above Green and Red electrodes (TP-40).

Take at least a 20 minute BREAK to rehydrate
with water and have a snack.
WEEKLY SYMPTOM SURVEY
Fill out the “Weekly Symptom Survey” handout, rating your symptoms to get a baseline (your initial symptom ratings).

SET UP DEVICE FOR GSR TRAINING
Place the sensors on your body for GSR Training.
RECORD YOUR INITIAL READINGS
Record your initial GSR readings in the GSR Training Log.

RELAXATION AUDIO TRAINING
Please download by clicking "Weight Wellness" Relaxation Audio and listen using headphones, then following steps:
Note: You will be hooked up to the sensors during the Relaxation Audio Training, getting ready for the following trainings.
Now start GSR Training for 15 minutes. Note: Please download the Troubleshooting handout (pg. 69) for issues with set up.

POST GSR TRAINING
Please record your post GSR readings in the GSR Training Log.
SET UP DEVICE FOR EMG AND TEMPERATURE TRAINING
Place the sensors on your body for EMG Training and Temperature Training.
REMINDER: Remove the red lead, and move the green lead to a bony area to be used now for EMG training.
Record your initial EMG and Temperature readings in the EMG Training Log and the Temperature Training Log.
Download/Print the "EMG Training Log" (pg. 27) and “Temperature Training Log” (pg. 28) handout.
Listen to the "Stress Relief" Relaxation Audio using headphones and follow the steps (You should have downloaded this audio file on the first day for future reference, but you may also find it below):
Now start EMG Training for 15 minutes.
Note: You will need to go immediately into Temperature Training when the EMG Training ends (you do not need to record your ending EMG readings until Temperature Training ends).

RECORD YOUR ENDING EMG AND TEMPERATURE READINGS
Once the 15 minute Temperature Training has ended, record your ending readings in the “Temperature Training Log” (pg. 28)
AND also record your ending EMG readings from this ending point.
